Which soil mix should I choose? 01 +
Compare Aroid Mix for an open root environment, Potting Mix for general soil-grown plants, and Vege Mix for herbs and vegetables. All three are available in 5L and 25L; Aroid Mix also offers Fine and Chunky textures. Use Which Mix to narrow the choice by plant.
Can I buy directly from this website? 02 +
Yes. Choose a product and its available options, add it to your cart, then continue to checkout on sproutlab.sg. Review the order total and available delivery and payment options before placing your order. If you need help completing a purchase, contact us.
How do delivery and returns work? 03 +
Review the delivery options and any charges shown at checkout before you place an order. For an order problem or return request, contact the team with your order number, a description and relevant photos. Read the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase; contact us before ordering if a delivery or returns detail is unclear.
Can you help with a plant problem? 04 +
Send us a clear photo on WhatsApp, together with the plant name if you know it, where it lives, and how often you water it.
Can I visit the warehouse? 05 +
Our warehouse is at 102E Pasir Panjang Road, #07-12. Opening hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm, excluding public holidays. Contact us before making a special trip.

Fine or Chunky Aroid Mix?
Fine uses smaller particles; Chunky has larger pieces and more open spaces. Consider the roots, pot size and drying conditions. Both come in 5L and 25L. Compare Aroid Mix options.
How much mix do I need?
Estimate the empty space around the root ball, not just the full pot capacity. Our soil-mix comparison includes volume examples to help plan a 5L or 25L purchase.
Does Aroid Mix contain fertiliser?
No added fertiliser is included in Aroid Mix. Feeding is a separate decision for an established plant; follow the chosen fertiliser’s label.
GROW, BOOST, SHIELD, HEAL or BLOOM?
GROW is routine fertiliser; SHIELD is pest care where its label matches the problem. BOOST, HEAL and BLOOM have supplementary growth, recovery and ornamental flowering roles. Compare all five.
Can I use a spray on edible plants?
Check the exact product label for the crop and application, including any harvest interval. A product suitable for an ornamental is not automatically suitable for edible leaves.
Will a grow light suit my shelf?
