Delivery & returns
How much is delivery?
Free island-wide on orders over $50. Below that, a flat delivery fee is shown at checkout. Most orders leave the warehouse within one working day.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–4 working days across Singapore. Bulk 25L bags and pallets are scheduled with you directly.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Yes — 102E Pasir Panjang Rd #07-12, Mon, Wed and Fri 9.30am–4.30pm. Message us first so we can have it ready.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 3 days and we'll replace it. Bags are sealed and boxed with a fragile sticker every time, but couriers happen.

Which mix, and how much?
Which mix does my plant want?
Hates soil (aroids, orchids, succulents, cacti) → Aroid Mix. Anything you eat → Vege Mix. Everything else → Potting Mix. Our Which Mix? guide lists 130+ plants.
How much do I need?
A 3L bag fills one 15 cm pot with room to spare; 10L does three to four mid-size pots; 25L is for repotting day or a balcony planter.
Do I need perlite or bark as well?
Not usually — the mixes are ready to use. Add perlite for succulents and cacti, and Orchiata bark for orchids and very large aroids.
How often do I use GROW / SHIELD / BOOST?
GROW every two weeks in the growing season. SHIELD weekly while pests are present, then monthly. BOOST when you want a growth push. Dilution is on every label.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes — 25L bags of every mix, perlite and bark by the pallet, 20L peroxide. Trade pricing with one monthly invoice. Ask for the price list.
Do you do office plant care?
We run scheduled rounds — feeding, pest checks, grow-light setup — and hands-on workshops for teams. Contact us for a quote.
